Often, when reading yet another blameworthy news story, one thinks 'lock him up and throw away the keys'.

But if we had those keys and after having listened to what lies behind a repressed violence or a thoughtless act, having realised how much loneliness and despair lie behind deviance, would we really throw them away? Or would we instead use them to open a door, granting a new opportunity?

In this programme, journalist and lawyer Beatrice Dalia, a well-known face on the Mediaset programme 'Forum' and 'Lo sportello di Forum', of which she was a referee judge for eight years, tells precisely stories of a possible Italy, made up of remorse, understanding of the pain inflicted, repentance and a desire for redemption.
